If you have booked a flexible rate, you can amend or cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to arrival. You may do so directly through the reservation platform/agency with which you have booked.
If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the reservation is charged immediately and thus rendered non-refundable or modifiable. You may cancel your booking, but not without incurring 100% of the penalty.
Our standard check-in time is 15:00. An earlier check-in is entirely dependant on availability. Would you like a guaranteed early check-in? Then we advise you to reserve the night before your arrival (one extra night) as well.
To check in for your stay at the Amsterdam Canal Suites hotel, you must be at the Amsterdam Canal hotel at Weteringschans 251-253. It is possible to be taken from there with our taxi service to the Amsterdam Canal Suites hotel.
From Central Station
You can take tram 4 (stop 'Keizersgracht') from Central Station plus a 3 minute walk or you can take metro 51, 53 or 54 to Waterlooplein plus a 6 minute walk.
From Schiphol Airport
Take one of the trains to Central Station Amsterdam and from there, you take the tram or metro as mentioned above.
We do not offer parking at our hotel. You can park your car on the canals based on an hourly rate. Otherwise, we advise you to park your car on the Park and Ride in Amsterdam Noord.
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service. We do offer a taxi sevice that brings you from Amsterdam canal hotels (the check-in place) to our canal suites hotel.
No, pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms.
